Nitrox Diver Scuba & Technical
ITDA certifies from recreational Nitrox through Advanced Nitrox as a technical program. The shared theory covers gas blending, applied dive physics and physiology, oxygen-exposure management and dive planning with enriched-air mixtures. Learn the benefits and risks of oxygen-enriched breathing gas, how to analyse cylinder contents and plan extended-bottom-time dives safely. A prerequisite for deeper technical diving pathways.

Advanced Nitrox Diver
The Advanced Nitrox Diver course builds on the foundational Nitrox Diver certification, covering the use of normoxic and high-oxygen enriched-air mixtures for extended bottom times and accelerated decompression. Topics include advanced gas planning, oxygen-exposure management across multiple mixes, stage gas handling, and decompression theory applied to technical diving profiles. A core prerequisite for deeper technical pathways such as Extended Range, Trimix and CCR Rebreather diving.
